The Technology Transfer Center at the University of Connecticut is Connecticut's Local Technical Assistance Program, one of the 58 centers in the United States. Our Center provides education and technical assistance to members of Connecticut's Transportation and Public Safety Community, on transportation related issues.
We are looking for creative posters illustrating roadway safety concepts from a child's point of view. This poster contest is for children grades K-6 and will have winners in multiple groups: grades K-1, 2-4, and 5-6. The Technology Transfer Center serves members of Connecticut's Transportation and Public Safety Community, including municipal public works directors, street and road maintenance superintendents and staff, city and town engineers, Connecticut Department of Transportation employees, transportation planners and law enforcement professionals serving as legal traffic authorities.
